Trailhead– A trailhead marks the place of the beginning of a new journey. It is the place where friends meet as they begin their travels together along the trail. It is also the place where they will again come together at the conclusion of their journey.
Man has always followed trails. Early Montana settlers followed the Bozeman trail, and today we too follow the same trail as we drive over Bozeman Pass. When we follow a trail, we follow in the footsteps of those who have gone before us, those who created the trail! Our congregation strives to walk in God’s trail.
In doing so, we follow in the footsteps of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. At Trailhead, we come together to find God’s will and purpose in our lives, and we share life’s experiences as together we follow God’s Trail to Glory.
Christian– We believe that Christ was God’s Son, and that His crucifixion and resurrection provided forgiveness of our sins and the promise of eternal life. We find that Christ’s teachings give direction and purpose to our lives, and help us face the difficult challenges in today’s world. The Faith, Hope and Love which He provides fill our lives with exciting opportunities.
Fellowship– The Bible tells us that the relationship between God and man, man and man, and the Holy Spirit and man should be one of “fellowship” – a mutual sharing or partnership to achieve God’s will. It is more than simple friendship.
Fellowship is a living relationship with God which is reflected by our reaching out to love and to help all in our community and the world. The root word “fellow” is defined as “one of equal rank.”
In Christian fellowship, we believe that all members should be encouraged and have the opportunity to participate fully in the activities and the administrative affairs of the fellowship. It is through our fellowship that we share God’s love with others so that all may find God’s loving Grace.
